Tavarialeads the creative services function and his many responsibilities span business development, customer relations, creative strategy, delivery planning, talent management, technology acquisition and financial oversight. As Chief Creative Director he oversees planning and delivery of shows for content markets including Hollywood and Bollywood. As co-founder, he champions creative collaboration, technology leverage and talent optimization through a sustainable global digital pipeline, one of our biggest trump cards in the industry. Merzin's ability to manipulate technology platforms and passion to build new services have been the backbone of our expansion strategy.

Sean Feeney

SVP, Animation,

With a 20-year career in animation and post-production, Sean brings considerable knowledge and extensive experience to his role as Senior Vice President of the Prime Focus World Animation division. Based in London, Sean's most recent success has been the delivery of 44 x 22 minute episodes of full CG animation for LEGO series The Legends of Chima, and he is now currently overseeing the delivery of a further 44 episodes of the new Nexo Knights TV show. He is currently leading the production of two independent CG movies, as well as developing PFW's Animation profile and leading pitches on new projects. Sean joined Prime Focus in 2008 as Executive Producer for the company's Commercials division in London, and was soon involved in the creation of an in-house animation production company.

Subhash Ghai (born 24 January 1945) is an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter, known for his works predominantly in Hindi cinema. His most notable films include Kalicharan (1976), Karz (1980), Hero (1983), Meri Jung (1985), Karma (1986), Ram Lakhan (1989), Saudagar (1991), Khalnayak (1993), Pardes (1997), Taal (1999), and Black & White (2008). In 1982, he started Mukta Arts Private Limited which, in 2000, became a public company, with Subhash Ghai as its executive chairman. In 2006, he received the National Film Award, for producing the film Iqbal. Ghai is the Founder and Chairman of his Film & Media Arts institute, Whistling Woods International (WWI), which has entered its 10th year.
